I've just given away my Kasabian tickets, I got them for free and never really liked them.
I'm looking forward to Steel Panther next March, especially as they have Skindred supporting them. |

They're also a bunch of egotistical Muppets, before they made it they we shared a rehearsal space at a studio in Leicester. I did everything I could to avoid them... |

The only bands I actually paid to see live are Queens of the stone age, Slayer, Slipknot and Kill switch engage.
Bands are dead for us cool people haha.
I like live electronic music, DJ sets, and overall proper niche club music nights out, like tonight! Night Slugs 6th anniversary at the Oval space, bethnal green Til 6am , I don't even wanna drink through it all. |

Sorry Pablo, live bands are better than any dj pissing about.
Next gig I have lined up isn't until September but I will find a few before then; Manchester has plenty of venues and lots going on |

There's a band called The Beef Seeds that I really want to go and see. They're a bluegrass/country band from Wales. They do some brilliant covers.
Check out their videos on YouTube. |

I think that's the point with them now. They're no longer hell raising rock stars, just a nostalgic rock n roll band that just want to keep the good times going. Fair play to them for it... |

"I haven't anything booked but if anyone wants to take me I'll go I love live music
I saw Toploader a few months ago and they were pretty good "
All depends on what kind of music you like.
I may have a spare weekend pass for Bloodstock. |

Went to see a mate of mine's new band's first gig a couple of weekends ago - loads of good shows coming up and I've got work-related gigs too. Mogwai are playing Brizzle in October so I'm getting on that as soon as payday arrives... |

Was that at Lunar Festival? They were fantastic there "
We saw them at Clapham Grand, a fantastic venue that I'd never been to before. 25 years of gigs and the first time I've seen a band introduced on stage by a town crier! I saw them several years ago at a small festival in Scotland and was glad to finally see them again - awesome live band |

Awful, awful band. Their only saving grace is that if they didn't exist I would have not cried with laughter reading the review to Ghost Stories on The Quietus which is well worth googling |

I've just got back from seeing The ELO Experience and had a great night. I was the youngest person there, as it appeared that Saga had made a block booking. I had to wait 15 minutes for my own personal OAPs to arrive, but they enjoyed it, too |

That'll be a great gig. I've been to a few of those Forestry Commission concerts at Westonbirt Arboretum. Debbie Harry was brill! |

I'm off to LesFest next weekend (Scotland's Rock/Metal Festival), then July is free at the moment, Burning Crows and Gypsy Pistoleros in August, Guns 2 Roses and Knock Out Kaine in September, Blackberry Smoke in October, a special accoustic gig in Nottingham in November, and a poss gig in Dec by the lead singer of Mr Big who's name I can't remember
Try and get to gigs at least once a month but rarely do "big" names as love the pub venues we go to and love travelling to see favourite bands. Can't afford to do that if I need to pay upwards of £50 for a ticket. |

We go to see lots of bands in small manchester venues but the ones coming up which you may have heard of are Paul Weller (tiny club in Liverpool for charity), Kate Bush in London and a cool festival for the "hipster elite" |

"Weller was ok yesterday, but Roger daltrey got up and did a couple of Who songs ! Brilliant !!"
I've see Weller before in Bradford a good few years ago first half of the set he looked bored then suddenly he just went into overdrive the rest of it was amazing. Never seen Roger Daltrey but would love to. Would love to see Kate Bush |

We saw Weller quite a few years back and it was like watching paint dry. Like quite a bit of his stuff, but live found him to be so dull. |
