Help ipad cam action

Can anyone please help me as I can't seem to cam with my ipad but I am absolutely useless on computer

You can see cams but not send with an Ipad. I believe that the site is looking at it.

If you have a look here it says you can use iPads now, but I think that might just be watching cams rather than showing your own....
