My hubby's just read this and is now giving me grief, he's stocked up with four jars and said I've got to start baking some now!!! I could eat Christmas pudding all year round though so I'm as bad. |

Cold mince pies covered in hot custard is just soooo nice! The coolness of the pie combines perfectly with the heat of the custard. Love them! Any time of the year!  |

Got to be sweet ones, home made of course not the shop bought variety, yuk. Warm straight from the oven, think I'll have to make some now. |
