I can't remember who it was but they were playing November rain and id been on hold forever and was singing along at full pelt didn't realise someone was going 'hello???' at the other end!

No idea of the song but got put on hold by EE the other day and the first lines I heard were "she'll drink you under the table then show you a trick or two" was actually a really good song once I stopped laughing lol.

Plusnet have all bands from sheffield/the north on their hold music, quite clever, so you get pulp, embrace etc...

One of my customers has a version of Fur Elise that sounds like it was done on a kids keyboard. I keep begging them to change it!
