What's made everyone happy today?
What's got me sat here with a huge grin on my face is the fact that a pic of a lass and I is one of the 3 picked to represent a night club's activities on the Friday just gone. I feel like a poster girl. This has really put a grin on me.

I had a really shitty day at work today. Constantly challenging behaviours and getting sod all back.
Went to the gym for a personal training session that I really wasn't in the mood for and my trainer made me do speed and agility with huge tractor tyres and rope ladders and things. Totally enjoyed myself and it obviously got the endorphins going because I'm in a fantastic mood now!! |

It doesn't sound a lot but I've had my hair up in a bun all day and when I released it just now it went massive, prompting my housemates (all blokes) to break into a chorus of Wuthering Heights in full falsetto. It made me roar laughing. Plus they were in tune! |

After a hard working day and some stressful phone calls when I got home!!
Going to the gym with my daughter always makes me happy... We have a similar sense of humour so we always end up smiling and laughing together |

Planning holidays with good friends and all bouncing off each other's excitement - between us it's been a while since we've had proper foreign holidays and we're all loving it.
Add in the fact that I fit into my posh frock for the masquerade social, the one that I got a size smaller to motivate me to lose weight and I'm a very happy bunny.  |
