And ive run out of Antihistamines..my eyes are sticky and streaming, nose running, then blocked...hate Summer

It does seem to ve bad today, I am doped up on Zirtek and it is not making a differance.

Try going to the docs and asking for a kenalog injection it completely ends suffering for the whole season.

First year I have it. Caused by my NSAIDs I think. I should have read the leaflet before taking them

Get yourself under the shower or in the bath asap. Will wash all the pollen off you and the steam with help clear your airways. Then get down the chemist for some tablets and nasal spray.

I've already dosed myself up today and feeling ok.

it is a pain in the bum, my eyes water and a bit of sneezing :-$ I only really stating getting symptoms about three years ago.
