Have been away for a couple of days, so couldn't post this at the weekend.....but......
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
to all those of us that had Dennis Hopper in the dead pool.....may he be the first of many off my list  |

Congratulations? I hate to sound like an old fart, but isn't this in appallingly bad taste?
I doubt Hopper's family (including young daughter and grand-daughter) will be joining in your celebrations...
Please don't say "it's just a bit of fun" - the guy died, and I can't imagine he ever did anything to make you wish him dead?
Sorry - the whole 'dead pool' thing just seems a bit mean and sick to me. Am I the only one? |

you are not an old fart and i can see your point however there was a very nice thread lamenting the loss of Mr Hopper on the day he died, and i am sure that if we were faced with any of the Hopper family we would act in accordance with social ettiquette.
i am not part of the dead pool cos couldn't think of anyone to put on my list ans to be honest i dont think there is any harm in the game - at least no one is making money out of it unlike the bookies who put odds on people passing away

bookies are only interested in one thing ,,,,, how can they take your money way from you, so yes they will except bet's on almost anything they think can make them money |
