I much prefer somebody, with wit, humour and intelligence but obviously I can see that on a pic so I'm wondering whether by reading the forums I'll get a good opinion of somebody's personality?

Looks are important for me but overall personality is the most important thing.

I don't care how beautiful you are, zero sense of humour or always being uptight and boring would be a seal breaker for me

Both for me please. I do have to find them attractive for that spark. But personality and a sense of humour is what keeps me interested.

Some of the most prettiest people can even be the most ugliest.

You will find a great selection of people within the forums form the criminally insane to the damm right outrageous but you will have lots of fun. You know you might be lucky to find both wit and looks so having your cake and eating him err sorry I mean it

I can quite often tell from messaging if we'll get on...get on the phone as soon as possible and then meet.

Only way to know.

I do think there has to be a degree of attraction aswell but I do find myself attracted to people I wouldn't usual consider after I get to know them. However, I get a lot of men saying "give me a chance I'm a nice person" on here.... If I gave everyone I didn't fancy a chance I'd have no time for anything else in my life lol x

Only trouble is I don't want to talk to them if I'm not attracted to them. I know I could be missing out on lovely men but if I spoke to everyone just on the off chance we'd get on it'd be a full time job haha

To me it's about confidence, I have met people who I would have said were not beautiful, however their (not over) confidence created both great personality and a very attractive person.

Totally agree have turned up at club with the most gorgeous men and they have bored the shit outta me and other times less attractive men I've had an absolute ball with and would always choose the latter should I meet again as having fun makes the sex better

The forums are a good place to get a sense if someone's personality but as only a small percentage of Fab users use the forums it limits your choice. That said all the best people are on here

Both are needed in various measures, a club meet limited conversation, no need to see again, looks are probably going to be the best asset, a continuing friendship then personality takes precedence.

Someone who is average in both will probably be the strongest appeal to us, though some I find physically attractive L doesn't and vice versa.

If I ENJOY the company of a person,guy or girl,with effortless banter and lots of laughing,thats a huuuge plus..

I also like minimal messaging(busy girl/inundated).

So,read the profile,check meet dates,Get to the point,quickly

AND MEET..

There is no substitute for actual meeting to see how well you get on with someone..

Honest I think. Majority of the time that what first attracts you. I'm only ever attracted to people I wouldnt initially be attracted to when I spend time with them ie. Work etc

i think you can get a feel for someone's personality on here but you need to meet them to know for sure
