Little Jimmy was born an orphan grew up with foster parents at about 11 years old Jimmy turn to crime between 12 and 14 Jimmy has been arrested over five times just has set out to a life of crime on the same street as Jimmy there are 3 kids from families with great backgrounds they all go to school they all have a bright future ahead of them problem is these kids all have failing organs and Jimmy is a perfect match for all three ...now if you were in the positing of power to do something about this what would you do..

A.....sacrifice Jimmy and save the 3 kids for the good of the community...

B....let the kids die and leave Jimmy to committ more crimes...?

Someone ask me this yesterday your opinions please

That's a sickening question. We all have a reason for being here .

Some people have it tougher than others and at 14 there is no way anyone could predict what the next 60 years or so hold for jimmy .

People often write others off far too quickly.

Would the person still have that opinion if there was a knock on the door to take their child away for experimentation..i doubt it very much

Utilitarianism. Bentham and Mills. I really don't think a morally repugnant outcome can ever be justified where choice is involved. I am afraid that Spock was misguided.
