Assuming a brand new BIC ballpoint pen ....

If you were to draw a line and not stop until the ink was exhausted - how long would that line be ?

This sounds like the sort of thing best done by experimentation.

We should ask nottsmale to test it.

Using a statistically relevant sample - 100 pens?

Look forward to the results in a couple of years time!

And quality of writing paper or other material, blotting paper and photographic gloss paper may lead to different rates of usage. We need to know.

I would presume so. i am also thinking the ink will last longer due to slower flow on a cooler day than warm

Well i would think cricleing uses no more ink than a strait like as its a ball.
