Read the profile and tailor your message to reflect that. People are different and want different things. Just keep it personal to the person you're writing to and hopefully you'll get a response. Good luck.  |

Polite and using half decent English and not text speak - I'm not the only one who has that bias.
So you're not ur please. Oh and I prefer not to be called hun or babes.
I don't mind a one liner but some don't like them. In my opinion "hi, how are you" is perfectly acceptable - if you'd say it to my face in a bar and not get slapped for it then I'll reply. It's how you continue the conversation that matters to me.  |

Well that fits into neither category, but from the forum experience missing the Y O E and not forgetting the ' will get you a quick delete without reply from a high percentage. The entire demi sentence probably would probably not score well with many, and Forrest Gump is not often considered the sexiest character created. |

Read their profile first if they have a key word put in the title, introduce yourself a brief description of you always be polite and use real words no text language make sure you send recent pictures face pictures and a unclothed one.
Make them want to view your profile and if they say no be polite don't take it personally and if you do get replies don't hound them that's shows your desperate which is a real turn off. |

I also think expanding your profile as to what you are looking for may help as I always look at a guys profile before opening a message and if there is not enough information on it to entice me I tend to not bother reading the message and good body pics and not too many cock shots always helps |

The best way forward for you my friend is to be rude, get pissed off and decide this is all a waste of time, then leave the site, taking the piss out of your mate who recommended it because quite frankly we need less men here who don't know what their doing so these gorgeous ladies aren't so sceptical all the time

I prefer polite. I like to be reeled in gently. Some on here are different though. It's all about reading their profile text, and judging based on what they say, what they may like |
