But then the number of people will outgrow the amount of resources and there will be problems. Poverty, death, murder, illness etc is all needed to keep world ticking by.

Like in the matrix where they download a programme into trinity so she can fly the helicopter.

To be fair I only want it so I can instantly speak another language or play an instrument by picking it up.

With, none of the side effects of time-travel & additional 'time cloak' meaning I along with companion(s) could witness things without being detected if wanted.

Just walk into the tent of Alexander The Great without detection even speaking to those alongside me without being heard.

Now, that's a Superpower.

What should happen to your Superpowers if an event like the Solar Storm of 1859 was to happen again but with much more increased power

It's likely that no electrical device would work between 12mths & 12yrs due to the Earth's Atmosphere keeping in the EMP...!!!

Sort of like having a TV Remote to a great Huge Screen but no Batteries.
