......... one of _abios real world problems
had pain walking for quite a bit so when to the docs and he said this is likely to be what I am suffering from...
anyone else have it or dealing with it? do ankle supports help, or do i need a proper achilles/ankle brace....
I know the answer to all known ill's is rest... but just seeing how people cope in the real world....

I have a lot of pain in mine.
Ice, ice and more ice. Ankle supports help take the pressure off.
I should see a doc too. Especially as I play a lot of football recreationally.
What did the doc say? out of curiosity. |

Hi Fabio
Have you tried chiropractor? For a long time I had knee probs, not major, just aching in one of them for no reason I could think of. Later, my lower back went into spasm so I went for a Chiro check and treatment. Once my spine was lined up, the knee probs disappeared.
I swear by 3 monthly chiropractic check ups now
Best wishes
