I've had it all my life since I can remember but recently I've been having an episode every night, it's driving me mental as I can't have a good night rest, does anyone have a home remedy to calm it down and sleep well?

I get night terrors, often with sleep paralysis, but it's only when I'm stressed or agitated about something.

Yoga helps with my sleep issues, when it's really bad the only decent nights sleep I get is after a yoga session.

Lavender oil on the pillow, no telly or computer or phones for an hour before bed, make sure you are warm before you get into bed, a milky drink, and try some mind clearing and muscle relaxing exercises as part of your nighttime routine.
