At what age does a cock reach it's final size? I know Adrian Mole measured his regularly through puberty (and likely beyond) so blokes, when did yours reach it's full potential?

Some shrink under growing overhangs, or disappear from view. As they may be extended via training, Im guessing that near full growth would be achieved after much frantic adolescent wanking and overall growth stops, say 21.
