Well...the boffins have been at it again!!!

The university of Nottingham's top brains have come up with an idea to deal with the sharp focus on English nationality in the run up to this years world cup.

Their great idea??

Replace St George as a symbol and have an English Oak in his place!!! Why I hear you gasp....

Well...they say he was Turkish, never visited this country and has no association with it. whereas the oak tree has been a key element of the country's culture, geography and economy for thousands of years.

Is it me...or are we paying them too much??

Should gather all these think tanks together, place some PE4 underneath them, and blow them into space where they belong!!! What a waste of tax payers money...
