found steve vai on some frank zappa albums....then he joined up with Dave Lee Roth together with my Bass hero Billy Sheehan...have followed them both since
.

I love great guitar music too...especially when they push the boundaries of sounds...which Steve does in a way no one else really does |

steve vai's chronic insomnia is a fab track....laid down 7 or 8 gutar tracks....then put them on the album but played backwards......sounds odd....but great
can listen to the flexable album...and a few tracks from the leftovers album on we7
he was messing about in the studio with sounds and techniques.....a lot of what he's done since has sprung from this
