Put into Google each of the following towns and the word east after it.
Derby
Nottingham
Leicester
What does Google predict for each?
Yes Nottingham East comes up with Midlands Airport.

Yup...we are definitely in the east mids...flatter than a snooker table where we are...it's a good job take girls here have fabulous curves to give take place some scenery ! |

That maybe so, but the furthest you can go inland before you start heading out again is

Longitude: 1º 37.2'W
- which is very close to the quaint village of Coton in the Elms in Derbyshire.
