V Festival at Chelmsford. It pissed it down, was soaked and covered in mud. How i didnt end up with trench foot i'll never know

When helping my soon to be step brother shift a ton of coal in torn bags on a hot day. I got that filthy with coal dust that when I got home, I had to get our youth (my brother to those outside of Mansfield) to run a bath and open all the doors and everything for me as I didn't dare touch anything. Walking through the house was dicey, I think my mum would have been happier if we had had a tin bath in the kitchen.

I got stuck in mud at Leysdown when the tide went out and I walked out to the sea. My cousin dragged me out. I was truly filthy down to me drawers. We did have a tin bath in our chalet and I had to wash in the kitchen in it

When living in Shropshire I was turning my horse out in the paddock and it had been raining previously, he didn't like the electric fence so wouldn't stand still whilst I closed it and pulled me down into the mud.... So I was plastered from boots up to my waist in dirty mud...
