Trying to update menu for work and get away from normal toppings for pizza's. Added "Hangover" a couple of weeks ago which has bacon, sausage, beans, mushroom, onion and tomatoes topped with fried eggd and its selling really well but need new ideas please x |

What type of place are you doing the menu for?
The local delicacy round here is the chicken parmesan (parmo) which is served in take aways and then much better quality versions in restaurants |

There was a bar in Manchester that used to serve chicken caesar salad pizza and hoisin duck pizza, both of 'em pretty special.
They also did a red wine cooler, which was great to wash them down with : red wine. cranberry juice and a splash of sparkling mineral water in a long glass over ice.

Coronation chicken pizza. Happy hour pizza - kebab meat and onion and stuff soaked in red bull and ideally some booze but you may need a license? Tarts and vicar pizza - a variation on sweet and sour pork or chicken. Otherwise, I love spinach, so add that to anything, especially chicken, which is my favourite meat and topping. |

We do a reggae reggae pizza, Levi roots base sauce, pineapple, roast chicken, onions, green pepper, BBQ pizza BBQ base sauce, pepperoni, red onion, mixed peppers, BBQ chicken. Both are our top sellers. We use a gas conveyer type oven, and all ingredients are cut fresh daily as with out freshly made dough. Oh and 70/30 cheese. |
