In the oven in paper parcels with butter and white pepper? Grate some cheese on top and finish under the grill.

On a serious note when you have finished cooking the fish put a pan on to boil with white vinegar it will absorb the smell

I'm a chef! wrap in tinfoil with butter and parsley; place on a baking tray with an onion cut in half and bake at 190 for 20 mins. The onion will absorb the smell

C'mon now Bussy, all you need is some tin foil and a baking tray. It depends on how you want to serve your piscean delicacy, but I would season it with twist of tarragon & a dash of lemon and some melted butter, freshly ground coarse black pepper should accentuate the fuller flavour

butter, pepper and cheese sounds good and fits in well with my general cooking skills

i am exceptional at making once healthy foods into something that would give a bear enough fat reserves to survive the harshest canadian winter
