You seriously consider taking a break for a month or so. I have done that on a few occasions in the past if you have noticed then it says a lot its what you do about it if you see it as a problem. |

i had a long time without it and after a while didnt bother me at all- was still in touch with him and came back and made couples account - miss the forums most as i kill a lot of not being able to sleep time here |

If you never base your swinging solely on an internet site, then it is easier to be relaxed about things. If time management is an issue, then go back to basics and plan your day, such that each hour is filled and you make sure that there is plenty of other stuff is going on, and there's less need to be dipping in and out.
Visit swingers venues or rely on contacts if you need swinging sex.
If your self-control is really light, then your time management and busy life will keep you distracted and entertained. Final step is to fully break off for a period, as others state. |

Make sure you have plenty of other things going on in your life as well and are keeping up with real life friends rather than just the cyber variety  |

Plenty to do garden chores etc we have two dogs to be walked a n ones a husky an needs few walks a day im doing the hse chores he can tend to other things course if he can peel himself away from the site on his phone |
