am a backy man.....i always found cigs a rip off....not that backy is money wisely invested either but if they're robbing smokers of a ciggie now then my opinion of ciggies has slipped just a little more |

It's the tobacco companies making it appear that they're not increasing their prices, by reducing the quantity within their packets. All companies do it. There's a word for it, but can't quite think it just now...
