I press the snooze button 3 times,I can't be woken up by an alarm and get up straight away

My alarm goes off at 4.30 but my body clock goes off a good 10 mins before so I never snooze it

We don't use an alarm. I aways wake before we need to be up. Good internal clock - and a serious dislike of the screeching of an alarm !

I can't afford to ... it's set for 5:15 am and I've time to get washed, dressed, have a cuppa and brekkie and out the door at 6:00 to catch the 6:15 to Wrexham station

My third eye wakes me just before the alarm goes off. . .even at weekend when its not on sometimes.

Never, it goes off we get up. Jools always gets up ten mins before me anyway so half awake already.
