The school year is coming to an end...summer is beginning. I am stressed and I need a change. Hair color...cut...both...I don't know. Any suggestions? |

Try a semi permanent colour...over this side of the pond we have Crazy Colours, I'm going yellow tomorrow (for my sister's party as everyone else is wearing outlandish wigs) and silver at the end of the month for a Fab social (to match my outfit and mask)...I'm sure there'll be an equivalent no doubt spelt the American way   |
