Iv only a small house three up two down lounge has a wood daydo rail I'm at a lose for colours sceem any ideas ? I know I spelt daydo and sceem wrong lol |

I would go with a neutral colour that you can accessorise. I like bright colours in spring and summer and warm colours in winter. I'd pick a colour I can have with different colour accessories |

Light beige walls will match your brown sofa. Then bring a colour into it to compliment and accessorise. Maybe olive green, lime or teal?Cushions..lamps..nik naks etc.
Also you could paint one wall as a feature. That matches the cushions etc.. |

Rainbow coloured. It's very inclusive and will be a talking point when you have friends round. I'll grant, most conversations will begin with, 'What in the name of Odin....' but still, it's different. |

Teal is a nice shade to go with brown. Also deep shades of purple as a highlight. If you paint one wall darker it will draw the eye so have something pleasing hanging on it. I have pastels if semi naked women on mine,tastefully covered in sheer fabric |
