If you agree to it beforehand and they are happy to do so. I would not verify someone after a 'negative' encounter even if they said nice things about me |

I always ask if someone would like a verification and I've verified folk I've met socially but not gone on to play with because the spark wasn't there. Always happy to receive a veri in return but I don't lose any sleep if I don't get one back |

I would always try to find something pleasant to say, at least erring on the side of diplomacy. I think its polite to offer a vei. The recipient doesnt have to publish it if they disagree. |
