It's basically bread dough that's layered with raisins and sugar and dripping (for a dripper) or lard (for a lardy cake). The best ones get a really sticky fat/sugar glaze at the bottom. They are awfully bad and taste lush. |

Haven't been in south west for sometime so next time will look out for one. A little of something bad now and then does wonders |
