There are ways and ways. Telling me I look dreadful when I am obviously in a bad way is just stating the bleeding obvious in a really annoying way. Telling me the outfit I am planning to wear doesn't flatter me as we prepare to go out is good to know.

I'm pretty direct. If I think an outfit doesn't suit the occasion or doesn't show off a lady in her best light I tell her. However I would hate hurting her feelings unintentionally. |

I'm not allowed to go clothes shopping with Mrs P anymore. If she ever tried anything on that I thought was a little expensive I would always say "it makes you look fat" knowing that she would never buy. She finally cottoned on and now I am banned. |

there are other ways.
i always say my ex used to have the same outfit and looked good in it too.
it goes back on the hanger as quickly s it came off lol |
