I often think of that quotation but if you look around you will see that good people are trying to stop evil from triumphing all the time. I often think of that Garrison Keillor quote
"even in a time of elephantine vanity and greed, one never has to look far to see the campfires of gentle people" |

The reports are that she is to be released in a couple of days - I'll wait and see.
If you feel ashamed about doing nothing then do something. Individual cases like this come up all the time - this one had the added twist of a baby being born in prison.
