A gadget to turn your TV into a smart TV?

I was gonna get an adaptor to go with my phone but then next year when my phone gets upgraded the apple adaptor will be useless.

There's Apple TV? Anyone got that?

And I've also seen other brands but can't really find many reviews for them...

Think a NOW TV box turns it into a smart TV.. only cost £10 i think
