It depends on my mood, whether I am judging on the story, the effects, the sheer epic-ness, longevity, acting...
So many films are great for so many different reasons.
For interesting story, for example, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was great. The Matrix too.
For epic-ness, Lord of the Rings.
For Longevity, Star Wars and It's a Wonderful Life.
