Ordered a personalized Champagne bottle for a friend's b'day tomorrow.

I specifically stated both at depot and my front door, 'I'm out all day at work, please deliver next door. Do not return to Depot'..

ONLY GOT A FUCKING FLYER SAYING RETURNED TO DEPOT LOL!!!

We get everything delivered to our corner shop. They deal with the returns as well.

DHL are shit hot never had issues with them, these guys just take the utter biscuit lol
