Every day and I'd probably have an ulcer.

I'm already fat.

I wanted mashed potato a few mornings ago. I didn't have any and decided not to go out in the rain to get some but it was an odd thing to want for breakfast.

I'm a little concerned about myself

Perhaps if I spread the dip on the Doritos and pretend they are small slices of toast?

Mexicans eat nachos for breakfast! Usually covered in re fried beans, a couple of fried eggs, salsa, queso fresco (white hard cheese) and that sweet tinned cream stuff.. My boat boys used to get it every Friday as a special treat. It was one of their favourite things!

So embrace the nachos and f* the toast I say! Lol

I had to have a break on Sunday and I haven't started again yet. Too disorganised.

Sorry but very unhealthy, however your choice and if you happy then that's all that matters.

That said if you were to look at the ingredients and nutritional breakdown of some so called "healthy " breakfast cereals your choice is probably no worse.

My major concern would be the transfats and high salt levels.

Enjoy

No, that's proper breakfast food.

I think it makes sense to eat the fattening things early in the day as you have longer to work it off.

I have been known to have spicy food for breakfast... nothing wrong with whatever you fancy as arguably your body is telling you what you need?
