"thats what iam hoping for but iam looking for one because i broke my ankle last year and it has taken this long for it to get rite so i could not go to the gym for a long time and now iam all fat and wobbly so i need to get back in to it "

i think i am wired differntly when it comes to excercise - everyone says it gives you a high, but it makes me very narky to the point that i want to punch anyone trying to motivate me!!!!!!!!!! |

The first everyone can do as everyone can learn.
The second is the most important and some have it and some don't
