Made a batch of spicy meatballs and froze them, decided to have some for tea. Before taking the dog for a long walk this afternoon I checked cupboard and spotted a Lloyd Grossman red sauce so took meatballs out of freezer ready for this evening.
I'm now eating spicy meatballs in curry sauce with rice As curry sauce and pasta seemed a bit too weird.
It's actually not bad... |
