I've been in a borderline foul mood for about a week. The Cat has mitigated it somewhat as has the odd nice message. Liberal ice cream indulgence may also help.

Think a ring doughnut is better..... mind you I once put a ring doughnut on my cock to try to entice women to give me a blowjob.

I don't know whether it would have worked though. It looked so good I ate it myself

A little less time on the forums might help. Introduce some balance into your life.

This was me a few weeks ago & I realised being on here was making me unhappy, for all sorts of reasons.

Stepped away for a while & now limit the time spent on here ~ feeling better for it.

If this has nothing to do with it then I suggest either calling up a few friends & meeting up or go shopping, retail therapy yay baybeee.....!!

Ok follow these simple steps.

1. Go on YouTube and watch funny videos of cats, dogs and pandas.

2.go for a run, if possible in the country thru mud and make sure you see some stunning scenery.

Failing that just go for a run.

3. Have a lovely bath or shower.

4.Eat a healthy meal.

5.think of something in your life that has made you smile or laugh.

6. Skip. 1-5. And. HTFU life to short to be grumpy.

Stay off any caffeine products. Block out high pitched sounds. Do some heavy breathing exercises and relax your body from head to toe. You probably can't concentrate so find something to do with your hands. I wouldn't suggest a wank. Eat something warm like soup but not too many complex carbs. Nothing sugary. Tell yourself it will pass. A walk doesn't help me as it increases my heart rate and heightens my senses. Hope something helps x

"...really really, really irritable at the moment.

Yea. Let yourself be irritable for 24/48 hours, enjoy it, wallow in your irritation stop trying to be even tempered and go with the flow. All of us are allowed to feel one degree under emotionally now and again.

However if there is something or someone in your life that is causing the irritability you might need to take some action.

Now! Go and kick an insensate object

Not a wind just an observation.Of course how you interpret it is entirely up to you.

I presume the other 'bitchy comment' relates to my comment that the weather was grey and miserable and I couldn't see how it was a happy bank holiday.

Frankly to descibe that as bitchy is ...is rather odd

Screaming is brilliant. I scream in the car at the top of my lungs, it gets rid of all the stress.

Scares people in traffic jams when I have my windows down.

Hope you're feeling better OP.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

It's clear to me that shaving your beard off has caused you all sorts of traumas. Feeling weak was just the start now you're irritable.

Let it grow back and condition it so that it's soft. Then I'll give you a soothing full body massage.
