Go into tools, Internet option, then advanced I think.
It brings up a list of things and one of them will be about third party extensions. Unchecked that box and click apply.
Had it on my laptop once and after I did this it stopped. |

Seeing pop up or unexpected/annoying adverts on here, you could have "adware" or malware/spyware on your computer.
This type advert software sometimes comes with "free" software you've downloaded or arrives maliciously as a virus and serves up adverts to you depending on what you're looking at on the Internet.
Run something like Malwarebytes , it normally gets rid of them |

Thank u so much for the advice a friend sorted it had to take my lappy back to last may and turns out was something called my search had somhow got as my home page and allowed all the pop ups on he had a marathon to get rid of it but I am now sorted and back to google as my homepage thanks again to all for the advice .. |
