im a terrible sleeper but - i had a spinal jab on wednesday and lower back and arse still numbish so cant feel any pain (first time in forever it seems like) so threw down the codeine down my neck and slept like a baby last night - could get used to that |

was asleep too - had about an hour or so woke after 2.30 - crying - done this a few times ggrrr - im very restless cos of back pain so got out of bed - going back soon though as hes fast asleep but ive got a snuggle buddy tonight  |

Son decided to come home from his mates house where he was supposed to be sleeping at 3.30am and had forgotten his keys.
He goes straight to bed. I get back in bed and the friggin morning chorus begins
