Last time I ran in the rain must have been 4 years ago, maybe more. I slipped and sprained my ankle so badly my leg bruised and swelled right up to my knee. My doctor, when I finally saw her, was convinced I must have broken something.

It took months before I could even walk on it properly. I've not run outside since.
