I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago as I have 2 sports bras and they're rubbish,Im avoiding running as I have to hold them haha!

Shock Absorber do some excellent high level control ones. I don't use them for dancing so I do giggle when I am suffering from 'poorly controlled cleavage' on the dance floor!! The boys never seem to mind though. .

Sorry. Can you strap them down with something? Fairly sure some tennis players do. Not duct tape obviously |

I used to wear two sports bras at the same time.
I have a couple of the firm control ones now that are all in ones & slip over your head rather than one like a normal bra. Much better & less dangerous |

I used to work in diet and fitness industry .....a properly fitted shock absorber works a treat to control my 32E chest.....nothing worse than wobbling uncontrollably when you want them to stay still! |

Yes you have my sympathy there can be some weight in a boob and a average Sized one at that so with two moveing
Around can,t be pleasant not sure if any
one in reality has done this but i wonder if any woman has weighed her individual boobs before..... |
