What is the perfect intro...with a similar message I have made a fab friend but also deleted straight away and even blocked!

you ask a million people... you get a million different answers.....

i think the thing people actually forget when they ask these questions is why are you trying to appeal to everyone?

its an impossible task, and I would hope people would be looking for something more specific than throwing darts at a random board so to speak......

I think the key is to make it unique to them. This can be from reading their profile, or more likely in my case, from a forum posting.
