Where do you stick your salad bits when having a burger ?

My mate sticks it all on top, where as i put a bit on the bottom and a bit on the top

Normally for me it's burger then cheese to melt on the burger, then home made mayo topped with the salad. With more salad on the side and a dressing of onion marmalade made by my own fair hands

Gherkins and onions on the bottom with ketchup, then burger, then cheese then tomato then lettuce. In that order only!
