I know there's probably hundred other posts on the subject big I can't see them and I know everyone will have a pref and let's all be nice 
Basically I'm thinking of getting a boob job, not to make bigger big just to make them pre-kids and back to their former glory. Every guy I talk to hates fakes tits but every girl I talk to wants them!! Lol so opinions - do you like them? Would you get them? Or have you?? - I'm not asking direct opinion on my own though... |

Not necessarily. There is "porn star" fake which don't move and require nipple relocation and there is some that just have a small enlargement that look amazing.

One girl I met had such a gorgeous pair of boobs I simply had to ask her if they were natural, and she told me no, the reason why they felt so soft was because, as she put it, she 'had her own boobs' prior to having children, and thusly as they were already pretty big naturally, the surgeon had a lot more to work with when inserting the implants. I reckon that when you see girls whose boob jobs look much less natural, it's possibly because they didn't have much breast tissue to begin with, thusly the skin on their chests isn't used to being stretched so much. |

My ex had one but she had big bangers anyway.
They looked good to be fair, but she paid a whole heap of money for them.
Most chicks (in my opinion) don't even need a boob job, they just **think** they do.
What I said to my ex was "if you just stop comparing yourself to other people or conforming to other peoples ideals you'll be a lot happier".
She went ahead and did it anyway and I supported her in it, her having fake tits didn't put me off though.
There are good fake tits and bad fake tits.
You get what you pay for.
If you want a boob job, get a fucking boob, but ffs, don't do it to try and conform to some other fucker.

If you just want pre- kid boobs you can get a breast lift. Just means they re-jiggle what's there and all your own anyway. You don't need to get implants if you don't want.
I even got mine made a bit smaller .
Do what makes you feel good. Good luck whatever you decide.

I don't want them and nor does my sister, there you go, you've heard of 2 who don't
I've played with both and I wasn't overly enamoured with the feel of a fake tit or how they moved.
From those I've seen, go too big for the skin you have and it's likely to look a bit of a mess, have a size in keeping with your build and they can look great.
It's for you though and you alone so us strangers are immaterial, do what makes you personally happy. |

There is definitely a difference between an aesthetic improvement and an attempt to create as much boob real estate as possible.
Hatethe porn star look but I am currently seeing 3 ladies who have had superb rejuvenation jobs done.
One is 54 and her boobs sway like a woman half her age.
They all feel great too. OP, I agree that you dont need one, and could leave it til later in life.
There are issues with nipple sensitivity (not with my ladies though) so if you can put it off a while, do so. Medicine gets better every year and relatively cheaper.

Depend if you want implants or an uplift to be honest yours look fine but if you feel you want them done then that's your desicion I had an uplift and I love them as do people who see them and they feel and look great |

Being quite tall with small boobs i looked like i had pecs so had my boob job a year ago and i love them! Done it for myself and feel so much happier, confident and sexier! Just my preference. |

I have just had a look at your pics and you don't need a boob job at all. I agree some people do andmlook much better afterwards and it also helps them feel good about there self's. You are not one of them people. You have a fantastic body. |

Natural for me...
A while ago, I saw a programme where the surgeon took the fat from the tummy area to then transfer to the boobs... And they apparently felt more natural as it's fat. But can't remember if it was in the UK or in the States x |

My ex had pre kids tits like apples in a pair of socks she wanted them done so i got her a set of d cups nothin huge just boom stuck there pert an pretty she loves them gave her loads of confidence made her a wild cat in the sack they felt great too so go for it darlin you will feel so much better about yours self xxx |

Natural all the way for me. I love the swinging natural movements of them, drives me crazy. Stuck on, super firm tits just wouldn't work for me I doubt. Saying that I haven't experienced any ladies with boob jobs 'yet' |

The over enlarged fakes are pretty bad, but position enhanced its very hard to tell really. The most important thing about boobs is how they make the owner feel, can't beat a woman who is confident and happy with her body. So if YOU want them go for it, if your not sure then don't do it. Never worry about others opinions yours is the only one that matters. |

I'm always asked in clubs if mine are fake because they are quite rounded and trussed up in corsets they do look like 2 big melons stuck on my chest. If I take my underwear off there would be no doubt they are real.
I think depending on the surgeon and thereby the cost, fake breasts can look very nice and I doubt you would be able to tell.
On the other hand I went to a party last week whereby a woman had fake breasts and it didn't look nice.
I wouldn't have mine restored, as it were, I'm happy with them even though age has and will take its toll.
another big reason for me not to is after my mothers experience of having breaat enlargement in the 80s and last year having to have surgery to remove pieces of silicon which had moved around the top half of her body.
If you do decide OP then talk to a few surgeons, go for the best you can afford, ask about long term effects |

If you have an uplift you will lose some of the size. My friend had an uplift and then very small implants to keep her at the size she was before. Obviously with uplift there is more scarring than just with an augmentation.
I had an augmentation 5 years ago and it's the best thing I ever did. Couldn't give a toss if anyone else likes them or not. I had them done for me. |

Personally I prefer real. But most fake ones are nice too. It's just they almost always look fake, they seem to have a look about them that you can tell straight away. I don't know why but it just puts me off.
I had a look at your pictures and your boobs looks great. They may not be the ones you used to love but just try
and get used to them. You look great and everyone else agrees. You don't have to be perfect. Imagine all the horrors to come when you are into your seventies if you are worried now lol

I also used to moderate a cosmetic surgery forum and can send you the info if you want to speak to people with experience.
I know people that paid £5000+ for theirs at well know uk based companies with the top surgeons and have had to have them removed after the PIP scare.
Paying more than someone else doesn't guarantee a good job! |

They can be very well done but more often they don't look good and occasionally they look really bad.
I'd like smaller, more pert breasts but no, I wouldn't have breast augmentation. I could get a reduction on the NHS due to their size and back problems but I don't want one.
Yours look great and I certainly wouldn't have surgery in your position. |

This is a very strange one for us.
Some of you may have noticed that our profile changed recently. So I suppose this thread is a good enough time to say why.
Four weeks ago Mrs was diagnosed with breast cancer. Thankfully it was in the early stages and all the scans elsewhere have come up clear. However she did need to have one breast removed and will start chemotherapy tomorrow.
The surgeon has left most of the skin in place and at a later date will start reconstruction and the other breast will get an implant so they will look even (ish) Needless to say the exact detail is a lot more than I can put in a few sentences on here but we both are positive and she is quite looking forward now (after the initial shock) to getting her "new ones"
We both always preferred natural but now this has been forced upon us we think fakes are great. |

I think that as much as was written on this thread is about making sure _issliss can feel confident about the way she looks rather than doubting fakes.
I actually do enjoy then, I'm really glad your wife will be fine although the chemo will definitely make sure of that. I look forward to hearing about all the fun you guys have with your new ones!!
