Used to suffer bad with that.
As said, go to the doctors. I just stay out of the heat as much as possible (hard, I know) and also found the 'sea'helped a lot, if you're near it |

I get it quite a lot.
The condition is caused when the body's sweat glands become blocked. Excessive sweating can result in sweat becoming trapped beneath your skin. The trapped sweat causes skin irritation and the characteristic heat rash.
Best way to treat it (for me anyways) cold showers or a fresh cool wet towel. And try not to ware tight clothes.
