Not far off I'd say. I was lucky enough to see Queen 3 times and every time he was brilliant

I'm not sure who would come a close second. He's just out there on his own

Probably

Saw them in 1986 at Maine Road - manchester city's ground

Every concert of every band I saw after that was poor in comparison

Queen ruined the rest of my concert going days

"Best music artist ever and no one could ever replace him"

Apart from Paul Rodgers who played with queen on a couple of tours.

Freddie was great, not my type of music at all but I love a good few of their songs.

Didn't he do a few solo songs? "Living on my own" comes to mind .

Jokes aside. Elvis, Michael Jackson, dressy Mercury and Robbie Williams are the top 4 showmen. Each one was king of the music industry for a decade atleast and are still popular now.

No Mick Jagger , Roger Daltry, Dave Lee Roth , Ray Davies. All more popular and Better than Robbie Williams.

Sad to say I never saw Queen in concert, wish I would have because I heard Freddie was a showman. May he be in Heaven singing and jamming with all the greats.

I can only think of three Robbie Williams songs and one of them was a cover and a duet.

Ok, I can't judge then as I have never seen one of his shows. I saw him do a few songs live once at an Ian Dury memorial concert and he was quite good.

Freddie, elvis, daltry, jagger, Jackson, and yes, Robbie as a showman is is up there with them. All great in different ways.

Ian Dury was a decent front man but was never better than his contemporys like lee Brillo of dr feelgood.
