sadly a deer jumped out in front of my car - one of the downsides of rural life in scotland... and even with slowing down to a slow enough impact not to set the air bag off, my poor wee car is a total loss, and I'm stiff and sore. |

Thanks for that but the local policeman said I did exactly the right thing... and on the road I was on speeding up would have meant going off road, and likely ending up dead, so thanks for the advice, but I'll stick to what I did. |

I went for a wander round a nearby car boot sale this morning but didn't buy any tat. I thoroughly cleaned my bedroom and sorted some stuff out and found homes for it. I did some laundry. I sat outside for a bit under an hour. I'd have been out longer but I burn really easily.
Tomorrow I plan to do some cleaning and tidying in the spare room, which is currently a junk room and clean the bathroom. I'll get some more sun too if it's sunny again. I also need to go to Cromer to take some raffle prizes to someone. |

I tend to sweat sun cream off really quickly and I'm allergic to a lot of it.
Unless I have to be outside, (in which case I'll try and stay covered up as much as possible), I'd rather sunbathe cautiously in very short bursts.
It's not ideal but there isn't an ideal solution. |

Abroad I start with a 10 and end up with pure oil

I'm not sunburned at all but I have had an ouch moment already this morning.
I was preparing the dry rub for tonight's pulled pork and it managed to find it's way into a small cut on my hand. Chilli, salt, mustard powder and paprika REALLY sting! |

I feel cheated. No tan for me.
Not that I really tan anyway. I'm too fair.
I don't usually sunbathe and I tend to stay out of the sun. My unhealthy bluey whiteness has become almost fluorescent though so something has to be done this year. |

I do if I have to but I'm prone to allergic reactions to it and also to sweat rash as it seems to stop the sweat evaporating off properly.
My skin is an absolute fecking pain. |

well yesterday I did my 1st ever half marathon .so today I'm very stiff and sore .even after cooling down stretches etc. So very shortly I am running an ice cold bath ready for when I get out the hottub ( turned up to 40 .we dont have a sauna lol) then I'm going to relax in the garden (in the shade .I had my fill on sun yesterday lol) until its time to collect the kids off the bus. Then I'm going to walk lol |
