Yep same here lol. I'm Scottish so I've been in the sun for all of half an hour and I'm bright red and sore

Drink a pint if water and take two aspirin before going to sleep. Some bread if you fancy eating will also help. Don't set an alarm and just sleep it through. Moisturise your sun burn before bed as well.
