It's a harsh place for the new chatters. Never bothered with ourselves for that same reason, tends to be lots of men that jump on any woman or couple that might displaying a cam. |

jools enjoys showing on cam and we like to play occasionally. but not everytime sometimes we just want to chat and have a bit of banter and maybe a moan.
guess its the nature of the beast being a sex site and all. |

Are you going in the directing rooms, where it#s pretty much a free for all, or the local ones which seem tio have regulars and are better controlled?
It takes time to get to know people, their groups of friends and style of banter. Join in the chat and some people you will get to know, others you won't.
Hell, someone once said hello to me, probably regrets in to this day mind. 
If the pace of chat moves too fast for you, block people you've no interest in then their "chat" doesn't appear on your screen, giving you a much better chance to read and respond to those you are interested in.
I've never seen rocket science mentionned in there once.
