"I'm very strict with myself and my medication, I know if I don't take it I will be Ill. Years taking it has learnt me common sense.

I still forget occasionally and if I fall asleep before I take it I've no chance of remembering 
I'm usually pretty good because, like you, I know I'll be ill if I take it late or miss it.
I still have times now and again when I'm preoccupied, stressed or generally addled and do forget. |
